Our Lifetime technician Marek was extremely friendly and helpful. After changing our filters he waited for my husband to arrive home as he had some questions. While waiting he went the extra mile by vacuuming one of the filters and explained in detail how to care for the unit. He answered all of my husbands questions knowledgeably. We have already recommended Lifetime to a friend!

Ash was very professional and explained everything very clearly. After signing up the agreement, he worked his magic and had Tom the installer come within 30 mins. He was also very professional and install everything for us within an 1 hour or so. I will be recommending these guys and their company to many of our friends and family. Thanks again Ash and Tom!

I booked an appointment at Home Depot to get our water checked. Waqar showed up precisely at the stipulated time and demonstrated the product with conviction. He had thorough knowledge of his products including the complimentary soaps and their dilution techniques. He was polite and was very considerate of our time. The experience was great and I noticed a big difference in the water quality after having the filters installed. Definitely recommend this product for every household!

Merwyn did very good presentation of the system. We were very happy with his way of explaining the system and answering our questions. Very patient and friendly. We installed the system and very happy with its results (i.e. feel and taste of water, cleanliness of utensils, batter taste in food, skin and hair).
